Government Contracts

NZ All-of-Government Approved Supplier

Bishop Fleet Optimization [BFO] is an approved supplier for the NZ Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment All-of-Government contract.  BFO specialises in EV transition through optimising fleet size and identifying optimal EV size and charge locations.

US General Services Administration Schedule

BFO was accepted as a US GSA Federal Government preferred supplier in 2012 to optimise Federal fleets.  BFO also provides expert testimony on telematics to the Government Accountability Office that reports to the US Congress.

The US Dunn & Bradstreet rating agency independently evaluated feedback from 15 BFO NZ/AU clients for GSA approval.  BFO received a 92% rating when considering Reliability, Cost, Order Accuracy, Delivery/Timeliness, Quality, Business Relations, Personnel, Customer Support and Responsiveness.

NSW Pre-Qualified Supplier

New South Wales Government pre-qualified BFO for contracts above AU$150,000 to optimise government vehicle fleets.  In 2015, BFO evidence helped NSW avoid a AU$950 million per year strategic misstep using our GPS technology.

Testimonials

“As a typical State Health provider, we are always looking for ways to better use our limited resources. Fleet costs are a significant area that we have not been able to effectively deal with before using traditional fleet utilization analysis methods.  Methods used in the past have been time consuming, costly and rarely convince staff that the findings are valid. BFO’s approach has turned all that around. We now have definitive results that are accurate and easy to sell to staff as well as a tool to tell us how many vehicles we need and where they should be located.”
